I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. I used it on my girlfriend and it was so soft it made it difficult to insert. Also, it was difficult to slide in and out because it was so soft and bendable. As far as the additional ^dong^, it may only be preference, but it was too short and slightly uncomfortable and would not stay in.
