This is a great aid. I have been using this for 7 years and it has not lost its stimulation effectiveness. Unfortunately it wears out with use. It has a tendency to get stretched out and even rupture, but I keep on replacing it. I am on my 5th or 6th one now.

This thing is a piece of junk. Sure, it's really tight, but you feel almost nothing. It's almost completely smooth inside, the ribs stretch out so you can't feel them. Also, the lubrication always comes off because it is so tight, so you have to reapply constantly (I mean like every 15 - 30 seconds). I was never able to get off with it. I should note that the toy I recieved was different than the one pictured - they must have changed it.
